Previously, this domain name was owned andused by an instittion working on the State Street Urban Renewal project. I think it was Valley Regional Transit but not sure.

For now, I am using this domain for my own purpose which is to maximize the success of my own property within State Street Urban Renewal project. Succesas is defined partly as the best financial highest best use of the land (personal wealth maximization). The rest of the success definition include supporting the community in terms of affordable housing, alternate transportation, and ecology.

Once I achieve particular goals, I hope to get this site to serve the stakeholders of the State Street Urban Renewal project
